These terms cover every job we carry out for you. Since using our service means you accept them, it's worth a quick read before you book. If anything is unclear, ask us through our contact form first.

1. Services

We provide drainage services, including drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain jetting, and emergency callouts, across Stockport and Cheshire. You can see the full list on our services page. For example, we can clear a blocked drain or survey a pipe with a CCTV camera.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes are free. Since a quote covers the work we've described, any extra work outside that gets its own quote first, before we start.

3. Payment Terms

You pay once the work is done, unless we've agreed otherwise. We take cash, card, and bank transfer. Since we agree the price first, you know what to expect when the job ends.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel any time before the engineer arrives. For a booked appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice where you can. That gives us time to offer the slot to someone else.

5. Warranty

All our work comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, get in touch within 7 days and we'll come back to sort it. Please tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.

6. Liability

We're fully insured for public liability. Since our cover has limits, our liability is capped at the value of the job. We're not liable for existing faults or damage caused by someone else.

7. Access Requirements

Please make sure we can reach the drainage system easily. Since blocked access can add time to a job, extra charges may apply if access is limited or conditions differ from what you told us.

8. Health and Safety

Our engineers follow strict safety rules. Please tell us about any hazards at your property before we arrive. That helps us keep everyone safe while we work.

9. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. Get in touch through our contact form with any concerns. We will read what you send and reply as soon as we can.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Since the latest version always sits on our site, that's the one that applies.
